Chef DeLeon Joins The Signature Grand The Signature Grand welcomes Chef DeLeon - he will be a great addition to our professional team. DeLeon is well-known for his experience at the luxurious Breakers Hotel in Palm Beach, where he worked for eight years. He was also a Sous Chef and then an A La Carte Chef at the Hartford Club where he received awards for his culinary skills. Trained at the New England Culinary School, this Columbian-born chef has worked internationally along top culinary professionals in Europe.

Arlene Pecora to Host 2009 Bridal and Quince Show at Signature Grand One of the SigNature Grand's biggest annual events is the Bridal and Quince Show, the region's most comprehensive wedding extravaganza.
